How do I get started?
Open the app to use the current tracking tools and Care scanner. Local tracking does not require an account. Review extracted information before saving.
Do I need to download it from an app store?
No. Open the app in your browser and add it to your home screen. On iPhone or iPad, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen.
Where is my information stored?
On your device by default. If you choose optional multi-device sync, supported records are encrypted in your browser before upload, and MAVTG cannot read the encrypted copy or recover your phrase. Raw scans and attachments are excluded. You can also download a copy under More.
Does it give medical advice?
No. It provides educational information and tracking tools only. Please talk with your nephrologist, primary care doctor or dietitian about your own results, and call your local emergency number in an emergency.
Is there a Spanish version?
The free tools on this site are available in English and Spanish. The app includes an English and Spanish language selector for its core interface. Patient-entered information stays exactly as entered.
Is there a version for clinics or dialysis centers?
Yes. We are starting a limited pilot program for clinics, dialysis centers and other organizations. An organization can offer Kidney Navigator with its own name and logo shown next to ours, and each person keeps control of their own information. Pricing is set for each organization.
